COUPLES or MARITAL COUNSELING thru telemental sessions provided. "Just knowing that someone understands cares, begins the healing process". I provide individual and family needs assessment & evaluations, develop treatment plans for families individuals and groups, and support you by utilizing carefully tuned listening skills. I work closely with Adults or Children apply methodology to reduce stress. I use EFT, CBT, DBT and proven clinical technique to relieve suffering caused by social and experiential, trauma.

Primary practice is Emotionally Focused Therapy, to those seeking to save the relationship. I also offer Relapse prevention, dependency treatment, and DOT S.A.P. Evaluations.

This is a culturally competent practice. No challenge is too difficult when we work together. Our staff includes: a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), Licensed Clinical Social Workers, (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT). We welcome our Veterans to this practice, and we thrive on helping with PTSD related issues.

Addiction is a complex but treatable disease that affects brain function and behavior. Matching treatment settings, interventions, and services to an individual's particular problems and needs is critical to his or her success. We offer a complete evaluation, and a combination of on-going psycho-educational, and talk therapies based on the self help/ treatment model. Behavioral therapies in varying form are introduced to support client focus. We address patient motivation to change, while providing incentives for abstinence, and introduce constructive activity alternatives to substance use, while improving problem solving skills, and building personal skills to resist drug use.

Program offers viable alternatives to violence and control, and self-reflective alternative communication techniques.
