Coaching is intended for clients who do not have a mental health disorder and are not using insurance. Coaching is provided as an as-needed resource, or by an "episode", a specific length of time for the engagement. Coaching collaboration happens by phone of video conferencing. Some people have found that hypnosis can be helpful in anxiety management, habit control, and in the treatment of trauma symptoms. I occasionally see clients for hypnosis. Coaching for parents, couples, and young adults in the midst of transition is a different approach to overcoming fear and hesitation.
