I have been providing psychotherapy to a wide range of clients with a variety of problems and diagnoses since 1982. My goal is to propel patients into states and experiences, both internally and externally, that they did not initially know they could achieve. By approaching each patient as an individual, with unique problems and life circumstances, I can discover what they would gain from therapy. I use a combination of solution-oriented therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, and structured treatment to treat individuals and couples.
I treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and adjustment disorders. I also teach patients the coping skills to navigate life transitions and bereavement.
