We will strengthen your ability to stay conscious and deliberate while we observe your fears and habits, develop your relational skills, build on your emotional intelligence and resilience, increase your ability to feel regulated and present, and identify your core self so that you can feel congruent with a sense of purpose and a set of values. One of my niche specialties is working with high-functioning motivated clients who benefit from a more intellectual/philosophical intervention style.
