There is so much about modern day life that can distract us from our feelings and what is truly important. I support clients in slowing down, listening to their bodies, and exploring the root causes of problems contributing to distress and discontent. Issues such as trauma, grief, or relationship dilemmas can feel like a heavy weight to carry alone. I'll partner with you on your journey of self-discovery and help you to build on existing strengths and inner resources. While I draw from many approaches, my practice is most informed by Somatic Experiencing (a body-oriented healing modality that helps us to gently resolve and process symptoms of stress and trauma) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (a framework that helps us to access and heal parts of ourselves that are contributing to unproductive behavioral patterns).
I have experience helping people work through a variety of issues such as depression, addiction, anxiety, and PTSD.
