Welcome, If your seeking a judgement free zone, you found it. I'm a therapist who works with adults on a wide range of issues. I'm happy to do individual therapy or couples counseling. My goal with any client is to help you reach your goal so you can confidently go out into the world and be the you that you want to be. Good therapy is like Mary Poppins. The therapist swoops in, help the client improve their life by reaching their goals and then fly away on their umbrella. And don't worry, the singing is optional.
For individuals, I work well with anxiety and depression as well as processing trauma. For couples, I work with both pre and post marital relationships of any sort. I am also a sex positive therapist for those in any D/s or non-monogamous relationships.
