I am a Minnesota Licensed Psychologist with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, career difficulties, coping with life changes, & moving into retirement issues. I also have experience working with business owners, family businesses, and leaders who have both revenue and expense responsibilities. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and plans to meet your unique and specific needs.
I use Bowen Family Theory, Cognitive Therapy, and my own experience to help individuals and couples achieve their goals. I believe that part of my role is to give honest feedback and provide potential directions for you to consider. I do not provide addiction counseling or therapy for gender issues. I have a deep faith in God from a Christian perspective.
Typically, I work with clients and couples who are dealing with anger, abandonment, anxiety, or adjustment issues. I work with business owners who have the added stress of working with family members in their business. While I work with people of all faiths, I am especially interested in working with those in the Christian faith.
