About
I help people remember how awesome they truly are. I enjoy working with people recovering from addictions and trauma. I am passionate about working with clients to improve their sense of self-compassion, and well-being, and transcend maladapted beliefs. My practice is inspired by the work of Gabor Mate, Richard Schwartz, and Buddhist Psychology. I am a Master's level pre-mental health licensure professional with experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
I have a specialty background in providing therapy to healthcare providers, aviation professionals, and legal professionals in recovery from addiction. I am passionate about well-being theory, trauma, and mindfulness-based approaches for increasing quality of life. I offer both group and individual therapy for individuals looking for well-being.
Taking the steps to pursue a higher quality of life and a greater sense of freedom is challenging. If you are interested in improving your sense of well-being, and your quality of life - send a message to schedule an appointment.
