I am a registered professional counselor in the state of Oregon. As a registered associate I am working towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) under the supervision of Vicki Johnson, LPC. My clinical supervisor provides regular consultation and oversight of my clinical work to ensure I am providing ethical and effective services. This supervision includes case review, discussion of treatment plans, and professional development. I also receive site supervision from Dennis Viene, PhD.
My primary approach to counseling is client-centered and solution-focused. This means I prioritize creating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered to explore your concerns and work towards your goals. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I see my role as a facilitator in your journey towards positive change.
