I offer validation and acceptance within a co-created relationship. Warmth and humor are necessary touchstones while we explore the arc of life. My style merges well with complex adults navigating complex periods of life.

My focus areas include relational health and attachment, existential growth and development, life transition and adjustment, disordered eating, grief and sorrow, PTSD and complex trauma (CPTSD), depression, anxiety, and couples work.
