I have trainings based in Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interview. I have a heavy focus on individuals being able to choose the life they want for themselves; and these approaches compliment my personal beliefs and skillset.
