Exploring authenticity, the core of who you are, is one of the most satisfying aspects of individual counseling. There is substantive research suggesting that the lack of authenticity is a growing dilemma in our culture. Helping my clients discover their core identity translates into higher self-esteem, better relationships, and more success in work and life.
