William Biddle, I am a Psychologist with over 30 years of experience doing psychotherapy and psychological evaluations. I have extensive experience in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and existential issues (finding meaning and purpose in life).
My theoretical approach is psychodynamic, which basically means becoming more aware of the undercurrents that influence our lives at a subconscious level.
I approach every person as an individual. I do not use therapy techniques or scripted formulas, since they interfere with authenticity. The most important factor in psychotherapy is finding a therapist who is a good match. When you find the right one, you will know.
