My ideal client is someone who is in their teens or is an adult who feels that there is an overwhelming force or issues within their life that they need to overcome. Their needs are to be able to identify their issues and then be able to break away from that issues by overcoming them bit by bit. The reason why they would want this is to have the feeling of liberation from mental and emotional stress.
My specialty is working with those with trauma, depression, and anxiety. Because of this, I am certified in EMDR and trauma therapy for those who are looking to overcome some of the hardships within their lives. Trauma follows us everywhere within our lives, therefore I feel it is important to confront and overcome it.
