The deepest need and wish for us as humans is to have lives with meaning and relationships that work; to feel happy overall, even when hard realities must be faced. Whatever the need, I work with individuals and couples to remove obstacles, to heal and to make positive changes.
I am trained in EMDR therapy to help a person heal life wounds and their negative effects, and build toward emotional health and happiness. With couples, I use principles which are focused on what works, what can go wrong, and the needed actions and skills to change course when the relationship is struggling.
