My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, heal from past wounds, and build the balance and resilience needed for a more fulfilling life. I specialize in trauma recovery, substance abuse, sexual abuse, and child maltreatment. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll identify your goals and work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. I draw on evidence-based methods to help you process difficult experiences, regulate emotions, and develop healthier coping patterns.
I work best with adults who are ready to heal from difficult or overwhelming life experiences—whether that's trauma, childhood maltreatment, sexual abuse, substance use struggles, or challenges with anger and emotional regulation. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck or burdened by painful memories.
