I provide therapy for those who are navigating a world not built for them, and are trying to make a place for themselves while holding on to their values, integrity, and sanity.
Therapy for the misunderstood.
This is therapy for the queer, the neurodivergent, the non-monogamous. The artist and the advocate. The radical, the openly passionate, and the different.
As a black, queer, neurodivergent, child of immigrants I have many intersections I can meet you in.
This is a collaborative space. The purpose of our work is to build you up. Bolster your strengths. Address your mental roadblocks, process your trauma, and give you the emotional vocabulary you need to express and advocate for yourself. If you are looking for a space to be understood, I can be that. I show lots of care but I am also solution oriented.
If you are working through shame, we will build the tools and address the thought patterns needed to help you get through it.
If you are coming in for relationship challenges, we will help you develop the communication skills you need, and shift the patterns that are keeping you and your love one stuck in conflict.
