Hello, it’s good to see you here today. It seems that there are some things in your life, or in the lives of those who are close to you, that are causing you significant stress, otherwise you probably wouldn’t be here researching options for therapists to talk to in Florida. I specialize in anger management, workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parent/child conflict and substance abuse and have been helping clients to find "the answers within" for over 20 years. A 15 minute phone call would be good too see if we are a good fit for each other. It would be helpful to know you were referred by Psychology Today.
I have worked with clients at a substance abuse residential treatment program for 7 years, helping them with substance abuse, bipolar, depression, anger management, and anxiety to name a few. I have also worked with EAP clients, providing short term therapy related to workplace stress, family stress, relationship issues and anger management.
I understand that in today's world there are many stressors that have not been present in past decades, such as the economy, concerns about Covid-19, relationship and employment conflicts, and dealing with the many forms of peer pressure.
