Life often gets in the way of being our best selves. Being a Florida Provisionally licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediator, and a former university/college administrator, and former public school teacher, I have a well rounded understanding of life's struggles with change. LGBTQ, 'empty nest,' and chronic pain are three of the many areas where I am well versed working with clients. Call me to set up an appointment so we can work together toward a better you!
My experiences include working with the LGBTQ, mid life, 'empty nest,' divorce, family dynamics, and the elderly, including issues of depression, managing chronic pain, stress, anxiety, health issues, learning challenges, time management, including care giver stress.
