About
Therapy is a positive way to look at life's problems and help you cope effectively. The type of therapy I practice is a blend of Psychodynamic Theory and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. This combination gives us access to previous relationships and early life circumstances, while focusing on the here and now issues that are currently of concern to you.
I use a direct/collaborative approach that has been effective with clients who are ready for change.
I have been effective with the teenage population. I can relate to their age specific conflicts without coming across as an out-of-touch adult.
