At Willamette Wellness Center our board certified clinicians are trained in a variety of evidence based, advanced therapeutic modalities to assist your needs. Some of our most sought after therapies include EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT and Gottman Method for couples, Art Therapy, Somatic Work, and Health at Every Size.
Our approach is warm, inviting, curious, collaborative, and based on the idea that you are the expert about you. The goal of the therapist is to act as a guide, gently assisting where need be and also encouraging you.
