Hello, I'm Arjuna. Whether you’re navigating complex emotions, seeking clarity, or needing a space to be heard, I'm here to walk alongside you. Therapy is a place of compassion, understanding, and acceptance. The main goal is to welcome you to a non judgmental environment where you can express anything on your heart or mind.
Through the lens of a person centered approach, existential and narrative therapy, I can support you in different areas of your life. The areas I specialize in include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment or life transitions, identity exploration, relationships, trauma, grief and loss.
My therapeutic approach comes from a holistic perspective which considers all aspects of a person. My hope is to create a place for self discovery so that you might explore new aspects of self to achieve your full potential.
