I am a relational counselor (meaning the therapeutic alliance between counselor and client is central to the work) with a certification in trauma-informed stabilization treatment (a combination of somatic therapy, internal family systems, DBT and person-centered), a level one in sensorimotor psychotherapy, and a child mental health specialist. I support people going through all kinds of challenges and welcome you to reach out. I go at your pace while showing up as my authentic self. You can expect direct communication, curiosity, humor, and a warm yet firm approach.
I specialize in trauma-informed identity support, child and adolescent mental health, parent support, and healthy identity development. I work with all ages and across acuity levels. I can meet for walking sessions and offer creative approaches to sessions.
