About
People do not volunteer for suffering and feeling demoralized. I strive to enhance subjective well-being, support symptom reduction, and promote life functioning gains. Whether it's ADHD, developmental trauma, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, and/or concerns with ongoing patterns of personality difficulties, I offer assistance in all of these areas.
As a cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and socio-cultural therapist, I attend to attachment disruptions from the past and how we can work toward healing in the present through healthy relationships, active coping skills, and social change. Being a generalist is my specialization, which is the paradox that summarizes how I approach the human struggle.
Let's focus on traction, outcomes, and getting you better. We'll work to stimulate improved mood, facilitate the alleviation of symptoms (e.g., anxiety reduction, enhancement of self-compassion, improvement with frustration tolerance), and restore daily functioning within a variety of social environs and contexts.
