For as long as you can remember, you’ve been the one holding it all together: the responsible one, the high achiever, the bridge between worlds. You’ve learned to navigate spaces that weren’t built with you in mind. That quiet unraveling is something I know all too well. Having navigated high-intensity academic and corporate environments myself before becoming a therapist, I know the cost of sticking to a path while being pulled elsewhere. Therapy with me offers a pause: a chance to step back from the noise and listen to the voice underneath. Together, we’ll make room for a version of yourself that feels more whole.
When life gets messy and we start to overthink, turning inward can feel unfamiliar. But it's often where the clearest answers begin to form. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in relational-cultural & psychodynamic theory, with tools from ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) & DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) woven in as needed.
As the child of Taiwanese and Korean immigrants, I’m conversational in Mandarin and Korean. While I don’t offer full sessions in either language, we can bring them in when it helps you feel more at home.
