It's important to have a clear understanding of my client's lived experience. From there, I provide Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as well as Emotionally-Focused techniques, tailored to client. I also encourage the use of mindfulness techniques to help regulate thoughts and emotions. Above all, my approach is adjusted to client needs and comfort level.
