Is anxiety, self-doubt, or ADHD getting in the way of living the life you want? I specialize in working with young adults and teens navigating anxiety and chronic overthinking, OCD or panic attacks, low self-esteem or imposter syndrome, procrastination and ADHD symptoms, and life transitions (college, relationships, early career experiences). I also provide support to parents of teens and young adults dealing with complex mental health concerns, "failure to launch" challenges (being stuck and unmotivated), and parenting burnout, confusion, and helplessness.

My approach combines practical tools of behavioral science—habit change, executive function support, strategies for anxiety and ADHD—with the depth and insight of modern psychodynamic therapy. We’ll not only work on making changes in the here-and-now, we’ll also explore deeper patterns and past experiences that might be holding you back.
