Limited telehealth availability right now. I work with young adults navigating the transitions and tasks of early adulthood (relationships, moves, breakups, early career experiences, etc), and help with ADHD, OCD, perfectionism and people-pleasing, panic/anxiety, insomnia, depression and PTSD. I also work with teens, and parents who want to decrease conflict and improve their relationships with their kids with ADHD or adult children with chronic mental health conditions. I also help people process past experiences of living in residential treatment settings, especially "troubled teen industry" survivors.
As an integrative therapist, I combine cognitive theory, behavioral science, and psychodynamic approaches. You’ll learn practical skills to improve problems in the here-and-now, but I will also help you uncover your underlying patterns and find the power to change them (if that’s what you want to do).
