I approach the work through a trauma informed lens and seek to create safety for the exploration of how your difficult experiences can still have a role in shaping who you are today. During sessions I most commonly integrate EMDR, IFS, EFT, DBT and Attachment Based techniques. Feel free to ask me about them if you would like to learn more!
