I work with veterans, neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ+ folks, and people in non-traditional or poly relationships. People who don’t fit neatly into cookie-cutter boxes. People who kept trying to grind through it and realized that shit doesn’t actually heal anything. If you’re carrying wounds, stuck in the same damn cycles, or barely holding things together while everything underneath feels like it’s falling apart, you’re not alone. I offer telehealth in Missouri and Oregon. We’ll work through it, make sense of the patterns, and help you get unstuck.
You don’t need repaired. You need a place where you can drop the mask and be real without judgment. I offer direct, trauma-informed therapy to help you untangle your patterns, work through your shit, and build changes that can last.
