You are neurodivergent, but you are not inept, incapable, or faulty as you may have been told. You are deeply capable, communicative, empathetic, and observant. My work with clients aims to dispel negative myths about neurodiversity and enhance the prosocial qualities present in all of us.

I also strive to acknowledge the question that so frequently appears in clients’ journeys of self-discovery: How do we cope with an unjust world when the healthiest reaction is distress? Even in our individualistic culture, psychological studies echo the healing potential of community and action.
