Currently Offer Telehealth Therapy Only - I am often asked why I chose to be a therapist. My answer is always the same. I understand what it feels to be stuck, depressed, anxious, and navigate through something challenging alone. Therapy is my passion and serving as a guide/supportive presence to help individuals reach their goals is my primary purpose. I believe that every person is an expert regarding their life experiences. Therefore, I learn about you and approach therapy as a collaborative effort. I am also open to consistent feedback in order to provide the best service possible.
My therapeutic approach reflects integrative training in Client-Centered, LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy, Grief and Loss, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and utilize a Humanistic approach. With that said, I cater all treatment types to fit my client's needs and their determination of what proves most effective.
