My ideal clients are people who have co-occurring substance use and mental issues and/or co-occurring mental health issues (for example, Anxiety and Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder and PTSD). I also specialize in grief and trauma-informed approaches to personality and mood disorders.
I am a LCASA (Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate) and LCHMCA (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate). I also hold a MA and PhD in theatre arts. This background in the arts and humanities helps me tap into creative problem solving strategies and highlight the art of mental health and whole-person wellbeing.
