If you’re worn down by co-occurring mental health and substance-use concerns—or by layered diagnoses like anxiety and depression, PTSD, or borderline personality patterns—you don’t have to untangle this alone. I work especially with (1) neurodivergent adults feeling overwhelmed by transitions, trauma, and long-standing emotional strain; (2) people with addictions and/or in recovery who are navigating grief/loss, identity, and life after addiction.

My background in Theatre Historiography and Philosophy means I don't just see you as a diagnosis. I see you as an individual navigating a complex world. We will use my research background to investigate the 'why' behind your patterns while using my clinical training from William & Mary to find the 'how' of your healing.

Many of my clients come in feeling tired of explaining themselves or unsure where to begin. Therapy with me is collaborative and experiential.
