Accepting new clients! Wildwood Counseling Services provides a safe space for people of all identities and backgrounds to receive specialized mental health counseling. We offer counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. In person and virtual appointments are available, and we currently have evening and weekend availability. We have several clinicians who specialize in working with children, teens, and adults. We welcome those who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships and other difficulties that cause a barrier towards your personal growth and wellness. Together we will explore your background and current life situation through EMDR, CBT, DBT, and an eclectic range of counseling techniques offered by various staff.

This group utilizes the Grief Recovery Method, offering a safe, evidence-based space for individuals grieving any type of loss. Led by a certified specialist from the Grief Recovery Institute, we focus on helping participants navigate their feelings, whether stemming from death, divorce, relationship endings, or other losses like moving or pet loss. Instead of assuming we understand your pain, we provide specific tools for emotional recovery, emphasizing support over intellectual explanations to heal your broken heart and foster a happier life.
