My name is Kate and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My work with teens and women is focused on growth, learning and support. I help by narrowing down your "why" and your "how". Why are you craving something different if your life and how can I assist you in achieving that. This often means learning new skills, living based on your values, and practicing new coping methods.
I take pride in offering a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. I am currently only accepting virtual sessions and I have a variety of available session slots- including early morning, evenings and weekends.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and not sure how to handle the day by day trials- reach out for a free consultation to learn more about therapy with me and how we can work together to help you overcome those struggles.
