Connect with Wilder Wellness

At Wilder Wellness, we work with people who are tired of surviving on self-criticism, perfectionism, burnout, and the pressure to constantly hold it all together.
Many of our clients struggle with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, feeling disconnected from themselves or challenges connected to neurodivergence.
Our team offers warm, collaborative therapy that helps clients feel more grounded, embodied, and alive. We believe healing can be messy, human, and deeply meaningful—and that people grow best when they feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are.
Our Team
My mission is to help you build a loving and trusting relationship with your body free from eating disorders. Together we will explore your past history of experiences, relationships, and the social constructs that have led you to believe that your body is something that "needs to be fixed". Our work will be focused on healing those experiences, and applying lessons to your current life. In our work we will examine how your disordered eating or negative body image is impacting your life, relationships and goals. We will work to let go of the insecurities that are holding you back from living fully and showing up authentically.

Hi, I’m Raveena (she/her)! The art of therapy is both complex and deeply meaningful. In my work I enjoy supporting BIPOC/LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults navigating trauma. I especially love collaborating with people going through life changes or those trying to untangle their life experiences and make sense of it all. I approach therapy through a liberatory and trauma-informed lens, recognizing that many of our struggles are shaped not only by our own direct experiences but also by systemic factors and cultural expectations!

Hello, I’m Emma (she/they) and I love to support LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, and those working through burnout, religious trauma, life transitions, and grief. I especially love working with highly masking neurodivergent folks who are ready to confront their burnout and live more authentically! My approach as a counselor is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and social justice. I hope to create a space where you don’t have to filter or shrink yourself—where we can explore what matters to you, dismantle what doesn’t, and help you feel more at home in your life and body.
