If you've ever felt uncomfortable with mental health diagnosis and thought "there's more to me than a diagnosis", you might be looking for an Enneagram Informed Therapist. I work with adults and couples who are typically diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or ADHD and use the personality framework of the Enneagram to help them understand their whole self, rather than just their diagnosis. I am a licensed Marriage & Family therapist, as well as an Enneagram coach who combines Western and Eastern treatment methods. I have additional training in Hakomi Method, Drama Therapy, and am certified by CP Enneagram.

I enjoy working as a collaborative team, either individually or in couples work. Common areas I help with are marital/relationship issues, personal identity/fulfillment, psychospiritual development, sexual empowerment/identity, work/life balance, and vocational identity.

My job as a therapist and coach is to help you feel seen and understood. Sessions are vulnerable, but empowering. You're also not alone. I will help you identify and utilize your supports.
