As a military spouse for over a decade, I can empathize and understand the unique hardships faced by our military veterans and their families. My practice offers a unique blend of techniques in addition to traditional talk-therapy. This can include somatic and holistic practices, mindfulness and visualization exercises, and more.
Recently, I've returned to Florida and am offering telehealth or walk and talk therapy. I offer some after-school and weekend availability. Additionally, I am Level 1 EMDR certified.
