As a clinical social worker, I have provided individual, couples and family therapy for decades to a wide variety of amazing clients. I know getting started in therapy can feel daunting and I can help to make that experience easier for you. Telehealth is actually quite useful, saving you time and money by allowing us to connect quickly via computer, iPad or phone through a HIPPA compliant Zoom. I always love meeting the family pet when clients meet from home, pets often want to be in the middle of the fun! Clients meet on their lunch hour, at a park or back yard, at home or in their offices, anywhere that offers privacy & wi-fi.
My clients frequently describe me as fun, genuine, easy to talk to, and compassionate, and most of my referrals come from previous clients. I understand that we all cope in different ways, and I welcome having periods of light conversation and humor along the way towards meeting your goals.
Having worked with many resilient clients as they address their struggles with dignity and courage, I am honored to walk alongside clients on a small part of their life journey. I can be a guide, a supporter, an educator, always remembering that it's your journey, and your goals that guide our work.
