Do you ever feel that previous therapists just don't get it? Tired of telling your story over and over and getting nowhere?. I believe we all have different ways of seeking healing and growth. I am completely receptive to understanding your concerns and working together to identify goals and discuss desired outcomes. I don't believe in a cookie cutter approaches I enjoy working with people of all ages and genders including clients who identify as non binary and the LGBTQ community.
Ecotherapy is finding the healing connection between people and nature. My sessions take place in nature; sometime around a campfire, sometimes interacting with animals, or even in our gazebo. Natures harmony creates calm. I teach you to take some of that calmness and peace with you.
You've made an important step looking for help. Many people have been where you are but it's not where you have to stay. I am passionate about helping people. We all have potential for growth and for healing. Contact me to make an appointment that best suits your needs.
