Adult DBT IOP
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a treatment option that acts as a step down from a higher level of care or if you were unable to meet your goals in weekly outpatient treatment. ? Attending our program will add increased stability to meeting your mental health goals. Skills groups are focused on integrating coping skills into your environment with a higher level of intervention than general outpatient groups. ? The groups require a minimum commitment of attending 3 times a week for 3 hours a day. These sessions are made up of? DBT Skills Group and Individual Therapy
