Our approach to therapy is primarily based on the tenets of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. This approach allows us to focus on the thoughts and feelings that you have. Our thoughts and feelings, positive or negative dictate how we function daily. Sometimes these thoughts are formed in childhood and are never resolved, thus carrying them into adulthood.
