I understand the unique challenges of relationships and know how deep hurt and regret impact connection. I also know the long-lasting positive impacts that therapy can have on couples deciding whether to stay together, learning how to get unstuck, stop fighting, and forgive. I aim to support couples as they take greater risks to develop (and re-develop) trust, gain understanding, deepen intimacy, and restore connection.
If you're struggling in your relationship and don't know where to turn, I'm happy to help. I've been supporting couples find reconciliation, repair, and understanding for many years, and know what it requires to strengthen communication and intimacy.
