I take a laid-back but direct approach, integrating ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, body-based strategies, and Integrative Mental Health.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted while quietly trying to keep everything together. They come to therapy for anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, but they're often looking for something deeper—a chance to slow down, better understand themselves, and make meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll build practical skills, gain new perspectives, and create changes that feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with the life you want to live.

Therapy is soul maintenance, the act of turning off the performance of being okay, a total system recalibration.
Bridging the gap between mental chatter and physical relief. By integrating parts work with somatic techniques and evidence-based practices like ACT, DBT, IFS and CPT, I help you track the subtle signals in your body to unlock stored tension. My specialty lies in supporting individuals who have often felt out of place in traditional therapy.

Therapy is a safe space to help you foster a deeper connection to your authentic self. Many experiences in life can leave us feeling disoriented – grief, trauma, the stressors of everyday life. When we feel disconnected, we can experience anxiety, depression, and loss of connection in our relationships. It can become difficult to feel present in our daily lives. I want to help you reclaim capacity for a centered, vibrant life. When we reconnect to our authentic, embodied selves, we gain clarity, deeper satisfaction in relationships, and learn to be present in both the storm and the stillness.

I typically use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based therapies, and Somatic approaches in a way that addresses the entire being—mind, body, and spirit.
I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential. I strongly believe in the human ability to heal, grow, and thrive, especially when provided with the right opportunities and resources. Clients typically come to me when they are feeling stuck, out of balance, and/or disconnected from their authentic self. Together, I work with clients to identify underlying sources of suffering, uncover hidden strengths, enhance internal resources, and release emotional burdens that have been impacting quality of life and preventing personal growth.

Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapists
How does acceptance and commitment therapy work?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy encourages a person to listen to their self-talk. A person’s inner dialog can be indicative of how they treat themselves. ACT also encourages self-compassion; this can lead to a better understanding of negative thought patterns and emotional states. This understanding can then lead the individual to needed behavior change.
What are the goals of acceptance and commitment therapy?
The goal of acceptance and commitment is to expand a person’s psychological flexibility, a trait that encourages an individual to live in the present moment and to accept all their thoughts, feelings, and emotions, even ones that are difficult such as sadness and anxiety. In ACT, this acceptance is congruent with the individual’s values and beliefs.
Does acceptance and commitment therapy work for depression?
Acceptance and commitment therapy is effective for depression because it allows the individual to view their discomfort and suffering differently. Depressive feelings about relationship heartaches, for example, are a part of life. A despondent person learns to let go of their struggles and instead view their painful thoughts and feelings with compassion. This will lead the individual toward positive change.
How long are people typically in acceptance and commitment therapy?
A typical acceptance and commitment therapy session is 50 minutes long with one session per week. Treatment for common problems such as anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties can last between eight weeks to four months. However, more severe cases may require more than one session a week and/or a longer time frame for treatment.
