Do you struggle with anxiety, panic, depression, low self-esteem? I am glad you are here, and I’m here to help. You are making an important, often very difficult step in deciding to work towards a more balanced life. My specialty is the treatment of emotion regulation problems, including depression, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and impulse control disorders. I have a passion for working with individuals who have anxiety disorders, and my goal is to better understand and improve the lives of those I am working with.
My theoretical orientation is eclectic, with an emphasis on empirically supported Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavior Activation (BA), and Art Therapy.
I work primarily with adolescents and adults. My approach is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. Together we will get to the root of what drives the problem, so you can work your way out from under the weight of it, in order to lead a healthier, happier, more balanced life.

Adult DBT Group
The DBT group is open to adults 18 and older, who are currently working with a therapist and would like additional support and/or skills to cope with overwhelming emotions. This is a skills-based psychoeducational group that will focus on the four primary modules of DBT, which are mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
