Research has repeatedly shown that the single largest factor impacting treatment outcomes is not a provider's treatment methodology or theoretical orientation, but rather the quality of a client's relationship with their individual provider. Consequently I work with each client to design a carefully researched yet highly customized program that fits their unique needs. I am able to form a realistic plan for improving their life situation that brings about improvement in their symptoms quickly.
I fully believe that in each of us is a gift that we bring to life for other's to appreciate and honor. But we must appreciate and honor ourselves first. My goal is to help clients see their gifts and appreciate them fully, even in the midst of darkness.
I realize that people are often looking for immediate help/relief as soon as they decide to email or call to schedule an appointment. I offer flexible hours and can often get clients in for their first appointment the same week as they call.
