My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy and helps you discover the root cause of discomfort, distress and dis-ease to heal trauma through interventions including EMDR, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Mindfulness, and the Trauma Tapping Technique (EFT). I offer virtual individual sessions, group therapy and virtual or in-home EMDR intensives.

My experiences with divorce, co-parenting, raising a child to adulthood and healing my own trauma has allowed me to connect in a more meaningful way with my clients. Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness for Women

Groups ran 8 weeks in Feb, April, June, September, and November. Limited to 12 participants. Outside referrals private pay only or will accept BCBS or UHC insurance only. Private pay $50/session plus $90 30-minute intake required. Learn and implement trauma sensitive mindfulness skills in a teletherapy skills based group setting under the guidance of a Certified Trauma and Mindfulness Therapist. You will learn: Building Foundations of Mindfulness-Self-Perception & Window of Tolerance, Mini-Retreat, Defining Stress & Raising Awareness, Strengthening Coping Skills, Communication (internal to external), Loving Kindness & Self-Compassion and Develop a Take It Home Mindfulness Plan.
