Therapy is a collaborative process where we work with clients to meet their personalized goals. OMFTC offers empathetic therapeutic care to children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. For pre-marital counseling, you will have the opportunity for a detailed assessment and practical approach using Prepare/Enrich for those planning to be married or any couple wanting to enhance their current relationship. You will receive trauma care and grief counseling with an integrative body, mind, and spirit approach.

Collaborating with an external confidant can provide valuable insights and support in processing emotions. I specialize in addressing anxiety, mood disturbances affecting sleep, and discussing unspoken mental health concerns within families. My training in CBT and DBT, coupled with a client-centered approach, ensures we proceed at your pace and comfort level.
