My name is Michael Heidtman. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in individual and couples therapy as well as owner of the Mindfulness Project Counseling. I received a Masters degree in social work with an emphasis in mental health counseling. I currently offer telehealth counseling 8-10am Monday and non-traditional hours 5-7pm Tuesday-Thursday and Saturdays 9-1pm.
