My focus during my career has been on
, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, trauma, grief & loss, faith & spirituality concerns, LGBTQ+ community, depression & anxiety, and life transitions.
I have learned throughout my career that being a compassionate listener is a very powerful tool to use, as I walk along side my clients on their life path. In a safe therapeutic environment, I feel that many painful experiences have the potential to be transformed into good, through the amazingly restorative power of body, mind, and spirit. I am a psychotherapist working in private practice with a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin, located in Mequon, WI.
